Mission, values and objectives

- Provide a forum for U.S. business leaders to network and exchange information.
- Advance the image of U.S. business through the promotion and advocacy of best practices.
How the chamber is put together
Their own account of the structure, in one paragraph.
The AmCham Indonesia organizational structure consists of Officers, Board of Governors, Coordinators, Committee Chairs, a secretariat with a Managing Director and the AmCham Indonesia Executive Office associate positions. The Board of Governors is elected by the membership. AmCham Indonesia maintains around 15 committees, issues several publications including a newsletter, conducts a well-regarded survey of investor attitudes, hosts prominent Indonesian and American guest speakers and provides briefings for potential investors. AmCham Indonesia also meets with prominent US and Indonesian government officials to promote American-Indonesian business interests.
The Board of Governors
The Board of Governors, the officers and the governors emeritus as their own About page publishes them, with the office each is given there. Where no employer appears beside a name it is because their page prints no biography for that person, and one has not been supplied from elsewhere.

Their board page opens with two Vice-Chairs, a Secretary and a Treasurer and names no Chair. That is what their site publishes, so it is what is shown here.
Governors Emeritus
Eight names the chamber keeps on a page of its own, under the office Governor Emeritus, with whatever biography it prints against each.
The Executive Office
The executive office, with the title their own page gives each person. Five of the twelve are policy staff, which for a chamber of this size is the clearest thing it publishes about what it spends its time on.
